A good service, good value for money.

The hotel staff is very welcoming over the phone and tries to provide us with the best information! Special mention to Valerie who takes care of the rental of the Orangerie reception room, who following the problems we had tried to find us a solution!
Don’t hesitate to go through them!!!

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. I had made specific requests when booking, which were accepted, but they were not respected upon my arrival. This shows a blatant lack of professionalism and consideration for customers.

Additionally, breakfast, which is supposed to be one of the hotel's highlights, was simply non-existent. It is incomprehensible that this hotel received an award for its breakfast, as the offering was disastrously insufficient. I strongly advise against paying for this option, as it is absolutely not worth the cost.

Finally, the condition of the rooms really leaves something to be desired. They are neglected, and it is obvious that the maintenance staff is insufficient. Only one housekeeper for the entire hotel is unacceptable and reflects on the quality of service.

In summary, I do not recommend this hotel. There is a lot to review in terms of service and professionalism.

A welcoming and pleasant hotel.
The staff is attentive, the hotel restaurant is really great! The quality of the products and the cuisine are perfect.
Breakfast is varied, from cottage cheese to small croissants, fresh fruit salad and pancakes, not forgetting hard-boiled or scrambled eggs, cold meats and cheese!
The rooms are comfortable, air conditioning, the bedding is perfect!
The staff is smiling, the managers are friendly, welcoming, smiling and very concerned about the well-being of their customers.

The restaurant's cuisine is very good.
