The park concept

Created by the Office National des Forêts, Espace Rambouillet is an extraordinary forest and wildlife park.

Time will seem to stand still for half a day, away from the hustle and bustle of the city: the park invites you to walk its paths and discover the forest ecosystem with its plants and animals.

Roe deer, stags, hinds and wild boar live here in semi-liberty, offering a spectacle that is as moving as it is fascinating. You'll have the chance to come across them as you stroll along one of the hiking trails.
 

The different areas of the park

The park is made up of 5 different areas that invite you to discover several species.

 

The wild forest

Want to get closer to nature? You'll find what you're looking for in the wild forest, where you're invited to discover the flora and fauna.

You can follow or stray from the beaten track, but make sure you keep a low profile if you want to have a chance of spotting the wild animals that roam freely.

The deer forest

This is where you can discover the great animals of the forest: stags, hinds, roe deer... Stop off at one of the observation posts and admire the scenes unfolding before your eyes.

The eagle forest

Look up: more than a hundred birds of prey can be seen in this area specially dedicated to them.

Owls, buzzards, falcons, owls, eagles... Observe them in peace as you stroll or watch the birds of prey show (daily at 11am and 2pm).

These two areas, specially designed for children, will appeal to young and old alike. They can come into contact with the farm animals or jump on one of the nets suspended in the trees.
